You should use the impedance in the box. The box alters the impedance as seen by the crossover around Fcb (closed box) of the box. WinPCD does drop anything below 10Hz. For purposes of a crossover, <10Hz doesn't have any impact in passive systems. This is subwoofer territory, so I left it out since it would simply add additional processing time for no benefit.
