Those Joseph Audio TMs are sweet, but then again, I guess I'm partial to those Seas drivers.

You need to keep the internal volume and dimensions the same as called for in the design. MLTLs are very sensitive to modifications and obviously any significant change in cabinet volume will alter tuning which will throw off the MLTL design.
