DIY Speaker Project PAD

I am building Finalist using the parts kit from Meniscus. The kit includes three separate crossover boards (for woofer, mid and tweeter). Where should these be mounted? If I understand correctly, the majority of the inside cabinet surfaces will be covered with foam.
