I have kept my SpiritWinds as my reference speaker. I think both drivers in the SW are a little bit better and the overall presentation of the SpiritWind may be the best I have heard. The Kairos are top notch, but I give the edge to the SpiritWinds.

From your picture, it doesn't look like the front baffle is slanted back at 14 degrees. If it is not it will begin to create a dip in the response in the crossover region.
