Hi,
I'm new..buy the drinks?..come to The Netherlands.
A few question:
Today I started with wood work for the "Overnight Sensations MTM"
I'm surprised by a couple of things:
1. lacking size indications for the braces in the cabinet
2. why are boards cut at 46 degrees?
3. several lacking mm sizes (not a big issue)
regards
Overnight Sensations MTM - lacking size indications
Re: Overnight Sensations MTM - lacking size indications
Hi LGMT,
The braces are optional. These were added by the person that did the CAD drawings. The original cabinet had no bracing.
The 45 degree cuts are preferred if you are using pre veneered material. Butt joints will telegraph through any veneer or paint applied over them.
There is no need to follow the drawings exactly. If you have a preferred method of assembly, please feel free to use it.
