WinPCD v1.5 / video questions

Post by nstewart » Sat Mar 25, 2017 1:22 pm

Just downloaded 1.5, but the videos appear to be made with an older version. I'm trying to model the crossover in Dave Tenney's Dayton D8 project as an example, and I'm confused about filling out my crossover parameter values. In particular, the schematic drawing appears to have disappeared since the video - so I can't even double check to see if what I'm putting in the boxes is for the component I was specifying, nor is it obvious what the parameters describe (mH/uF), ohms, ohms? I'm not sure which columns line up to which components of the circuit.

I've had an update to the videos in mind. Now that I've finished these last changes, I'll consider doing them soon.

There's no reason for missing schematics. I just ran my installed version. The window opens using the Schematic Overlays button on the System tab. The crossover elements won't show until you've selected a crossover type  in the System tab and have selected an electrical crossover order in each driver tab. I've had no other reports of problems.
