Late last year I finished my project to implement a small mass loaded transmission line (MLTL) from Jeff Bagby's Triton bookshelf speaker design. A multipage thread on my design is located on DIYAudio at:
http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/multi-wa ... esign.html
This MLTL offers a more full range presentation (3 dB down bass frequency extends down 15-20 Hz lower) than Jeff's stellar bookshelf design in a petite floor standing tower. The MLTL uses the same crossover and other components as the bookshelf version. Hence, the parts kit sold by Meniscus for the Triton can be used as is for the MLTL variant.
The only iteration that I might suggest is that a builder may choose to use a bi-amp style terminal plate on the rear of the tower to facilitate access to the lower portion of the MLTL enclosure for wiring and crossover mounting. Several builders have chosen to employ a slotted port (similar to the bookshelf version) and details are included in the thread which describes that implementation.

Jim,
Would it be possible ot post a picture here? If you are not a member at DIYaudio you cannot see any of the attachments in the posts. I would be interested in seeing the ML TL design and any of the information you have posted previously.
Thanks,
Martin

Martin,
Most of the images (photos, graphs, etc.) wind up hosted by DIYAudio I think. But try this link and see if it works for you:

These photos show the construction and finished speaker photos that I took.
