Hello from South Carolina! Found this forum from an insert in my order and so here I am! What am I doing? Rebuilding the crossovers in my DefTech SM450s to start with; my first project like this. Started to replace just the small, stock caps with better ones, but decided to just rebuild the entire setup and build it how I would. After the rebuild, I'm having a few friends come over and listen to one modded and one stock SM450 and see if they can tell a difference, then switch them a couple times and see if they can tell which one is modded. If the improvement is there, my SM350 surrounds are next, then my DefTech CLR2000 center, then my JBL Northridge setup in the bedroom, and then a couple friends are already after me to rebuild theirs.
