Kairos (noob) Build (: will need help :)

Hi Everyone,
I am building the Kairos kit and its my first real build (besides) a Dayton BR1 kit. I cut out a lot of the board panels but not to the exact (more challenging) specs that Meniscus sent me
I'm not too confident on doing 45 degree cuts but I'm going to look into it. Currently testing one speaker/crossover in a .5cuft square box (angled with a peg
sounds OK, but the front baffle is not glued on. I need to figure out how to remove all the excess glue off the front panel first to get it to glue on flat.
I'd say it might almost sound as good as my CM9 as it is now, but I need to also learn to make a flush mount and glue on the rest of the panel. I hope to work on the front panels later today.
