WinPCD window does not draw correctly

I'm using Win 8.1 and the WinPCD draws with scrollbars such that it's impossible to see the whole window.

maximising the window doesn't change the window size, it just moves it to the top left corner of the screen, and the window doesn't seem resizeable using the handles at the edges of the window.

Is this a known issue?

There was another comment about this, it's not what I had thought it was. Looks like the system settings for window frame padding is different depending on the OS. This is one of the problems with MS. I don't have Win8, so I can't test it on that OS. There's a reason I limited the size ( a kludge related to the graphs). I'll see if I can find a way around the issue.

I fiddled around with some settings and found that changing the "Change only the text size" option for title bars from 12 (the default) to 11 fixes the problem. I guess windows has changed that title bar size in win8 & the fixed window size must include the title bar hence it then doesn't have space for the actual content pane.

The size does include the title bar. Thanks for the information. I'm sure it will be useful to others as well. Good that it only requires a minor change to the size since that will be system wide.

Sadly this fix, changing the title bar size, does not function in Windows 10. The default text size for 10 is already 9 point and going lower is unbearable on the screens I've tested it on. Just an FYI.

I've got some changes in mind, one should fix that, can't say yet when I'll be on that, though. That's one area I've not liked about Microsoft, differences with window appearance between versions that affects the working area.
