DIY Speaker Project PAD

Hi!

Was looking into purchasing Jeff Bagby's Kairos kit, but noticed that there are new SB Acoustics drivers coming out, like the updated MW16pnw midwoofer, which should replace the current MW16P. Is there an updated Kairos planned?

SB Acoustics also have a beryllium tweeter coming out which may be interesting...

To my knowledge, the MW16P is not being replaced, but just adding more drivers to the lineup. The Be tweeters are suspected to come in at just under $600 for the pair from what I've read elsewhere.

I believe the "PNW" is the uncolored, natural white cone version.  It will look similar to the Fostex cones.   
Everyone seems to like black better.  Once the black Satori, TW29R arrived, no one wants the silver and most are clamoring for the black version fo the metal cones woofers.
